Puff! the magic dragon

Thursday's word: Puff
Contributor: Michelle Dinh Tran
Reason: because puff is apparently fluffy fluffy fluffy fluffy?

(Sorry for this post sounding like pewp, I'm tired.)

Puff. This word reminds me of cigars and cigarettes, which remind me of Lewis, who then reminds me of all things good, haha! My first reaction to the word "puff" is clouds though, then I instantly think "Puff the Magic Dragon!!" hahaha. From there, my mind goes into a whirlwind of badness, a.k.a. drugs. 'Cuz apparently, Puff was taken off television because the theme song had too many druggie implications, telling kids to do drugs and whatnot, though honestly, how would a six year old be smart enough to analyze so deeply? This is beyond me.
Oh well. :P America's weird, haha.
I liked Puff the Magic Dragon... he made for a good cartoon, lol!

R

Monday's letter: R
Contributor: Crack Sister Michelle
Reason: beaaats me again... she wants a crack-upper though. I doubt that's gonna happen... :P

R. It's really quite a nice letter... The delicate curve of the D, the line of the P, and of course, that wonderful little leg of its \. I like the letter R.
RAWR. Double Rs! and my favorite word (maybe). :] It reminds me of all those friends back from high school, who weren't ever really friends, more of people I stuck with just to get by. GRAWRG is what Aaron used to say, RAWR is what Lewis says, and GRAWR is me. Haha! funny. Lewis is like the base! RAWR is contained in all three variations. :] teehee.
Ohh... interesting... ~lost in thought~... Sorry!

~clears throat~
R as in Ricochet. like my heart. like my BULLETS. like the bullets IN my heart! whee! I love that word... ricochet... sounds so gnarly. bahahah! GNARLY. Rs ftw foo! xD
Relaying, ricocheting rockets rotate 'round rotten ropes ridden red from rocketeers' rambouillets' rancid raisins. That DEFINITELY makes sense. Don't doubt it.

Okay, I'm so over this. I had so many ideas for R, but my brain shut down on me hours ago (dude, its 8 in the morning. What the hell am I doing up?), and my stomach is growling like mad. I think... it's time for breakfast... hahaha.

Ciao! Thanks for reading (or not). :]

Ice Cubes!

Sunday's word: Ice cubes!
Contributor: Crack sistah Michelle
Origin: who the hell knows?

Ice cubes. Dang, I can feel this post getting emo already. Ice cubes are one of those little things that have been taken for granted. We put them in our drinks, make slushees out of them, and smoothies, etc. Ice cream turns icey when left untouched for too long. Ice cubes are what form in one's gut when a lover has left, or when there's a new cruel revelation. Like when you discover that friends you thought would stick with you forever, through thick and thin, had backstabbed you and ruined your potential future. When they lied to the guy of your dreams, telling him you are a slut who plays with the hearts of all males. Then you become ice cold, like ice cubes, and cry tears like the dripping of melting ice. Except your ice is never-melting. It drips, yet it never disappears. You harden towards the world outside; insults just slip right through, like metal on ice.

Ice cubes can also mean something else. It can be that cold, chilly day when you're freezing outside without anyone to give you warmth, only to find a guy walking towards you, offering you his jacket, or maybe even his arms. Cuddle time! Two people, huddled together, locked inside their own little icy ice cube world.

Or, they could represent a hot, sweltering day. You're sweating, melting in the heat. Your friend brings you a nice, freshly made fruit smoothie. Mm-mm-mhh! Nommy ^^

Well, that's it for "ice cubes", Michelle! This post is much too long as it is :P
